We are totally thrilled to offer our 1-, 3-, or 5-day reset meal plans, designed in concert with dietitian Jenn LaVardera. Each day of our meal plan is created to give your body 5 servings of veggies, at least 1 serving of fruit, adaptogens, something fermented, loads of antioxidants, and way more than the recommended amount of fiber. For $35/day you receive a morning hot drink, breakfast, lunch, and a snack - everything you will need to eat between rolling out of bed and having dinner.
